Aphasia: difficulty with speaking, understanding, reading and/or writing

Motor speech disorders: Difficulty producing clear speech; speech that is slurred, unclear, effortful or quiet, including dysarthria and apraxia of speech

Dysphonia: Difficulty with voicing which could make you sound breathy, hoarse, weak or quiet
 

Dysphagia: Difficulty eating, drinking or swallowing, with assessment, advice and personalised management plans available.
